County gaffer Gary Ablett faces a one match touchline ban for his dismissal from the technical area against Leeds Utd at Elland Road on September 5th.

Ablett saw red after a controversial goal put United 2-0 up against his young County side, and later admitted he had let his side down.

The ban will take effect tomorrow for the home game against Leyton Orient, and former Liverpool YT Coach Hughie McAuley looks set to take the reins.

Match preview to follow shortly.

* Gianluca Havern, Adam Griffin and David Poole have all put pen to paper on new contract extensions until 2010. The trio were re-signed for County on the day before the start of the season after being released from the club by ex-boss Jim Gannon.

    I like Griff and Poole… I really do, 100% effort…… but…….

Agreed. Griff’s put too mjuch weight on since we last saw him in ’07, and Poole’s gives all the effort in the world but is he really L1 standard? Havern’s a decent kid to be fair.

I must say I think these 3 have done well since their return totally understand the above opinions but financially we’re not exactly in a position to replace them.I think things will only get better with more playing time for griff.I think poole links up really well with rosey on that left.I O County
