Carling Cup Draw TOMORROW!

The draw for the first round of the 2007/2008 Carling Cup will be made tomorrow morning at 10am.

Participants are EXPECTED split into two divisions. North and South. From there, teams are then seeded and not-seeded for the draw. However, nothing is confirmed and we could be going back to the whole one pot and anybody can get anybody job.

Though nothing is confirmed, the two divisions are expected to look something like this should the Football League be using this method.

County could be drawn against sides such as Leeds, Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves, Oldham, Preston or even rivals Burnley.

Other local derbies that could occur include Burnley against Accrington Stanley, and from the southern section Bristol City against Bristol Rovers.

We’ll have news of the draw tomorrow morning, with all the big ties highlighted!
