Stockport County v Colwyn Bay in the third qualifying round of the F.A. Trophy at Edgeley Park.
Should we care ? Well, yes… there is a £4K winners prize for this game and a decent run could see County boost their coffers (and one would hope boost the money available to Alan Lord to beef up the Hatters’ squad)

The final is on Sunday 29th March (I think at Wembley) which I know is looking into the distant future when we have a tough fixture at Chorley tomorrow (Tuesday 18th November). More of that in the next article…

I gather a decent run would coincide with a lot of home fixtures which has the potential to de-rail our push up the league table – pity, as a trip to Wembley and 50k prize money ought to be achievable if we didn’t need to worry about promotion!
