County Lose. Again.

Image for County Lose. Again.

County made it three defeats in a row with a 2-1 loss at Cheltenham Town tonight, seemingly knocking another nail into the coffin at Edgeley Park.

On-loan Hatters defender Aaron Brown headed home to equalise the home side’s opener, which came through Jake Thomson after the 20-minute mark.

But the hosts got their win after Wesley Thomas fired past debuting goalkeeper Ian McLoughlin, on loan from Ipswich Town.

That was to be that, and it’s more misery for Peter Ward’s men, rooted to the bottom of League Two.

I’ll post more reaction tomorrow. Maybe. Meh.

I think that is the end of the season now. We cant even plan ahead as a club as there could be a takeover happening in the next few days. Or not. Cricket season not too far off folks….

Pityful, that’s all I can say about the Cheltenham game. That wasn’t football it was 11 blokes running around in County shirts. I was asked today if I would switch allegiance to Ross County. No chance still my County (Stockport) that is. Oh well roll on saturday, another game to bitch about.

Believe Mike newton is going to be there, just wonder if he sees another under achieving performance will he take his money elsewhere, baffles me as to what we do in training Mon-Fri as were making the same mistakes every week…

FRM good point which I have wondered about myself when I hear Wardy’s post match interveiw’s saying how much work is done in training then we watch 11 donkey’s on match day’s grazing in a field under the guise of pro footballers
