County have moved back down a place in the Coca-Cola League Two table tonight after Macclesfield beat Wrexham 3-2.

Macclesfield were 2-0 down at Moss Road after goals came from Williams and Holt to give Wrexham the lead. But Macclesfield got a goal back before half time with a goal from Holt at the other end.

Macc then came out and scored two goals in the last twenty minutes to complete the comeback and move up to 17th place.

Macclesfield now have one more game in hand on County and are two points ahead.

Rochdale’s game against Grimsby was postponed because of snow, and Rochdale who are four points ahead of County now have three games in hand.

With County sitting in 18th place and Macclesfield sitting in 17th, it sets up this weekends derby perfectly as County look to gain revenge for the 6-0 thrashing on boxing day.
