Championship side Derby County are interested in signing Stockport County hero Liam Dickinson, the BBC reports.
Dicko scored 21 for County last season, and he would be a big big loss should Derby take him away from us.
Chris Turner signed Liam from Woodley Sports for £2,000, but didn’t have the chance to play him as he was sacked after the 6-0 defeat at Macclesfield.
Jim Gannon has worked with Dickinson from the start, who is about to start his third full season in a County shirt.
Dickinson has scored 33 league goals in 57 starts over the two and a half seasons.
It would be a real shame if Dickinson left, and with Tommy Rowe attracting interest from clubs such as Arsenal and Celtic, County could find themselves a few key players short next term.
