Oli To Join Norwich, Bakes To The Ricoh

Oli Johnson is having a medical at Norwich City after County accepted an undisclosed fee for the striker and personal terms were agreed between the two parties.

The deal should be done later today, as Johnson is currently travelling to East Anglia to seal the deal. Oli has been disappointing this season with one goal, with many County fans believing him to be sulking over a collapsed move to West Brom. Regardless, thanks to Oli for the efforts.

Meanwhile, we understand that a fee has been agreed between Coventry City and County for the sale of Carl Baker, and Baker could become a City player in the next 24 hours. Baker has been in superb form this season, and we’d also like to thank him for the contribution to the cause.

* County’s game against Bristol Rovers this Saturday is definitely OFF. The call was made to postpone the tie after heavy snow fell all around England.

A shame we couldnt have said goodbye to Carl at Edgeley Park. But like most things County at the moment it all seems to be draining away.

Not sad to see Oli go, he hasnt reproduced anything like the form we know since his stint at the baggies.
