Leaflets are being handed out today around Edgeley Park and in the pubs along Castle Street.

Over the last 4 days we have had a fantastic response to supporters saying that they want to be a part of One Supporters Group.

452 supporters have given their details indicating that they want to be involved, which is a fantastic response from pretty much off here and around Facebook & Twitter.

As I said the other day, this isn’t just about a knee-jerk reaction to Snape or whatever, this is something that has needed to be done for a while and the plans are starting to be put in place.

We are planning on speaking to people this week to work out the next movement.

It is vitally important that all supporters, young or old, get involved. We need to spread the message to as many as possible today that we are creating something we want all fans to be a part of so we can have our say in important matters relating to Stockport County.

I am expecting delivery of some leaflets this morning, these leaflets will be asking fans for their details there and then, or giving them a link to a website to fill their details in on.

If you see me or others handing out leaflets, please take a handful and give to people you know won’t have accessed the web over the last few days or just aren’t aware of what is going on. If you want to help hand the leaflets out and have some spare time, please contact me ASAP.

This isn’t meant to cause controversy or a protest like the Lord Snape Red Cards, this is just about bringing the supporters together.
