R.I.P Sir Danny Bergara

Stockport County fans and officials are in a true state of shock this afternoon with the news that the biggest legend of them all passed away yesterday at 9:30am.

The club will most definitely show respect to the wonderful man in the best possible way, whether it be this Saturday or at the first home game against Dagenham it is unknown.

Without Sir Danny the club would not be where it is now, and there are no words that can describe what he means to the many County fans around the world.

Rest in peace Sir Danny, you deserve it more than anybody else.
