Michael Rose has finally completed his move to League One play-off finalists Swindon Town on a free transfer.

Rose spent the latter stages of last season on loan at eventual champions Norwich City, though manager Paul Lambert chose not to take up the option of signing the left-back permanently.

The former Yeovil and Hereford defender signs a two-year deal with Danny Wilson’s Robins, with an option of a third available to sign at any time.

Meh. Cheers for Wembley anyway Michael.
