County have agreed to being Jordan Rose back to Edgerley Park on a non-contract basis. Jordan first came to Stockport at the start of the 2010-2011 season under Paul Simpson but struggled to maintain a place in the starting 11.

Towards the end of last season Jordan was given a chance by Ray Mathias to impress, Jordan last year captained The Hatters to the Cheshire Cup Final scoring the winning goal in a penalty shoot out against Crewe Alexander.

ince leaving County in the summer Jordan has played for Hereford, Eastleigh and Hayes and Yeading but has not been able to obtain a permanent contract. Jordan has been training with County for the last two weeks trying to make a impression to Jim and the club ‘he loves’. Jordan has been offered a chance by the club to remain under a non contract basis.

With injuries to Danny O’Donnell and Joe Connor in last weekend’s defeat at York, Rose is likely to go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s game against Wrexham.

Good luck Jordan.

  • Jordan is Stockport through and through so i think he will do well on Saturday as he wants to play for County. If we get into Wrexham early on who knows we could get the win we so badly need.
    COME ON YOU BLUES !!!!!!!!

  • I fear we may get exposed but I will be there and out-shouting the ‘Wrecsam’ lot. Going to be a brilliant atmosphere as 2000 of them are expected. Good for the coffers!

  • It’s going to be tough but if we stand tall anything can happen. Just hope the Police bill does not cancel the extra income that this game produces, hoping for 60000 +. I’m up for it , it will a great
atmospere like you say cropped ( just like the good old days ).
