County have extended the loan deal of superb James Wallace until the end of the current season.

Wallace has been the Hatters’ star man of late, with a string of top-class performances in the centre of midfield. His loan at Edgeley Park was due to run out after tomorrow’s match at Aldershot, but new boss Ray Mathias has moved quickly to seal Wallace for another two months.

The deal was agreed with the youngster’s parent club Everton earlier today.

* Ryan Doble has returned to Southampton after his loan spell at EP expired. Doble scored once for County at Bradford, before being sent off in the same match. Good luck to Ryan.

Good news about Wallace. I would of like to of seen Ryan Doble stay as I think he has real potential (to be Championship/League 1), probably why he is now back at Southampton who could be on the way to the Championship. Come back soon Ryan.

Feels to me like we need a complete change throughout the club. From top to bottom. Root and branch. A complete rebuilding of the club which would probably mean that we spend an extra year or two in the BSP but the club now is a wreck on and off the pitch. Dark days.

Now that Gannon has parted company with the Vale I hope that we are not going to start the debate of Gannon coming back. It is my view that Gannon did more damage to our club when he turned us down before taking the Vale job.
I am happy with the current setup, why should we bring more unrest at this stage of the season when we need stability.
I for one are no longer a Gannon fan. He got what he deserves.

Firstly delighted that Wallace is staying. Good luck to Ryan back at Saints.

Gannon – no thank you – but doubt he’d drop to the Conference anyway.

Elding was really poor on Saturday – really, really poor – doesn’t look to me like he’s up for the fight.

I have no idea as to whats going on in Gannon’s managerial life with him leaving job after job after job in the process falling out with people, I have no idea as to if he is coming back to County but who knows!!!!!?

Elding has lost interest after being dropped to the bench for the Burton game (and then storming off home! again – I’ve flip flopped on my opnion of him) Gannon was all set for coming back to County, but I know it was the club’s fault why he didn’t sign again – so its not his fault we’re in this mess, but I don’t think having him back is the right way to go.

Motherwell, Peterborogh now Port Vale, what’s with the man. We do not need him back here, no doubt there will be suggestions to the contrary. Back Ray and Wardy and Lordy, give ’em a chance
