County have today confirmed that Didi Hamann has signed Nabil Bounab, Jon Routledge, Keigan Parker and Tom Elliott to deals at Edgeley Park.
Routledge is a former Wigan Athletic midfielder, and is very highly-rated by people at The DW Stadium. The 21 year-old also had a spell at Hamilton Academical last season, and turned down a move back to Accies to join Hamann at County.
Parker is a journeyed striker, who’s had spells at Oldham Athletic and Blackpool amongst others. The Scotsman was most recently at Fleetwood Town on loan.
Elliot joins on a free transfer after being released by Hamilton at the end of last season, the youngster had been on trial with the Hatters for most of this pre-season before signing.
And finally Bounab, a big centre-back who’s had spells at Auxerre and Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël of France.
Another new boy, Carl Piergianni of Peterborough United, joins Elliott and OTHER new boy Ryan McCann in still waiting on clearance to be able to play tomorrow.
