58% of you have voted that Adam Le Fondre is our player of the season so far in our recent Vital Stockport poll.

58% of you have voted that local goal scorer Adam Le Fondre is our player of the season to date.

Le Fondre, who has scored 8 goals this season, has looked a totally different player since Jim Gannon has took over. 7 off those goals have come after the 24th January.

Jermaine Easter still holds the record for the most goals scored in a County shirt this season, but Adam Le Fondre is hot on his heels after getting another goal yesterday against Macclesfield.

Jim Gannon has said that Le Fondre is useful as an impact substitution, and you can see that in his stats aswell ? Le Fondre has started only 4 games this season.

In second place is Michael Raynes, who picked up 22% of the votes and in third place is Damien Allen who picked up 20% of the votes.

We asked: Player of the season so far?
You Said: Michael Raynes 22%
Damien Allen 20%
Adam Le Fondre 58%

A full player of the season vote will be run at the end of the season, but this week?s poll is asking you how many more points do you think County need to stay up? You can vote on the right hand side of the site, and discuss on the forum!
