We start to round up the end of the Season Previews, as we talk to opening day opposition Huddersfield about their chances in League One this season.

How long have you supported your team?

13 years. I should probably be supporting Manchester United or even Stockport seeing as I’ve lived 10-15 minutes away all my life but hey ho.

Five words to describe last season?

Dull, Goals conceded, Awful, Unpredictable.

Best point of last season?

Beating Leeds 1-0. We did also beat Premier League Birmingham and equalise just before half time against Chelsea but Leeds was such a big one for us as we haven’t played them in so long and our fans see it as the ‘derby’ they probably don’t.

Strength of last season?

Robert Page..Shame he’s gone now though. But seeing as he was only here for half a season, I’d probably say the FA cup run. 5th round.

Weakness of last season?

The rest of defence. And the midfield to an extent, both of which have been sorted. We conceeded so many goals, especially away from home, and a few teams got 4 past us in that season, it was embarrassing. Especially away from home. I was glad I only managed a few away games.

Current terrace favourite in your side?

BOOTH. Other than God, probably Andy Holdsworth, but Danny Cadamateri is slowly but surely getting there. He’s brilliant.

One player you`d happily drive to his next club?

David Mirfin currently. Formerly a brilliant defender and a great prospect tipped for better things, with Steve Claridge doing a piece for the Guardian valueing him at a high amount, now he’s lost all confidence through the two seasons of dross and looks like Blue Square Premier Material.

One thing you would tell your team`s manager?

Don’t change anything you’re doing. You’ve brought in quality, you’re passionate and you don’t stand for shit.

Young player to look out for this season?

James Berrett. Talented midfielder who was recently capped for Ireland u21. May not get much of a look in but it’s nice to have that amount of depth, once again.

Hope for this season?

I HOPE we get in the playoffs, doesn’t mean we will. We do have a brilliant squad though, for the first time in years after the 6 signings, with probably another 3 more to come before the end of the window.

Expectation for this season?

To go up, it’s what the directors and manager keep re-inforcing because it’s our centenary year.

Who is going to win League One?

Leeds Scum. Which is pretty depressing..

Who is going down?

Cheltenham, Yeovil, Hereford and one of about 6 teams – probably including Stockport I’m afraid. I don’t think you’ll go down but your squad lacks depth.

Where will you finish?
