We talk to the Chelsea of League Two, Peterborough. Will they finally deliver with the weight of the favourites tag on their shoulders?

Tell us a bit about your season last season firstly. Would you say it was a success or failure? Did you achieve anything throughout the season, and were the fans happy with the end result?

Last season we had a decent start , then Keith Alexander lost control of the players and it went pair shaped with a dreadful run of losses 11 straight losses , we played HOOF football under him and it was awful!

Then Darragh MacAnthony became our chairman and injected a lot of DOSH , Keith got sacked and we appointed Darren Ferguson , strong appointment in my view, but he was given money and slowly got us playing some better stuff and a few wins ..

Obviously every close season sees players leave. Who left your club and were you happy with the decision to let those players go by your boss?

Closed season we had plenty leave and come, dead chuffed Mark Arber went as he was dreadful. Alan White was given 6 games and scored 3 goals, so he did well for us but he still went, but we’ve had so many new signings, I wouldn’t know where to start to be honest.

I am disappointed that Danny Crow hasn’t been sold and that Newton is still at the club cause he offers nothing.

So obviously, with players going out, some have got to come in. Who has come in for you, and do you expect them to do well? Tell us a bit about these lads?

Aaron Mclean – goals
Micah Hyde – heart beat
George Boyd – opens the game up
Craig M . Smith – goals and may well get signed by a bigger club perhaps from the championship, he has PACE!!!!!!!
Shane Blackett – SUPERB ATHLETE

Who are going to be your star players this season then? Who`s going to get the goals, and who`s going to stop them?

All could be stars in League 2, we have many new signings that will come through but couldn’t say yet from the rest who will flourish .

Season ticket sales help the club at the beginning of the season to stabilise the place and give it a bit of extra income. How many season tickets have your club shifted these season so far, and what do you expect the average attendance to be throughout the season?

Season ticket sales have been poor about 3000, the price’s are far to high in my opinion but we should get crowds of around 5500 to 6000 as we should win a lot of games and success will bring the crowds in.

Stability is secure as out chairman has already spent £6million in the nine months he’s been at the club and will continue to spend to gain promotion to League One.

Tell us a bit about your gaffer and his backroom staff. Do the fans like the gaffer, or can you see him being out of a job after a run of bad results?

The gaffer Darren Ferguson, only got the job cause he is Alex`s son, he has done a fair job since taking over but if we fail to gain promotion it will be goodbye for sure, during pre season I`ve been unimpressed with him, but he has the depth of squad and players to get him out of trouble.

This question is split into two. What do you BELIEVE your club can achieve this season, and what do you HOPE your club can achieve this season?

Expect – I believe we will get promoted.
HOPE to go up as champions, anything else will be failure.

I believe we will get promoted for sure.

Relegation Hereford United and Accrington Stanley.
