Details of the next four Fingerpost Flyer coach services are now out.

We start off with this Saturdays trip to Leamington

Leamington Spa 18th Oct
Fingerpost Hotel 11:00am and Telescope Shop, Mercian Way 11:15

From personal experience this is a cracker of an away day if you are staying over in this genteel spa town. Nice pubs, very decent restaurants and a holiday feel about the place. Free bus from the rail station to the out-in-the-sticks ground.

If you are not stopping over but fancy a drink after the game the last direct train leaves just after 9pm, so plenty of time for a nice meal and a bottle of red. Or 4 or 5 pubs…

Another spa town. Another lovely destination for the football tourist and if you fancy sampling with the place has to offer after the game you can get back to Stockport and ‘take the waters’ as late at 20:45

I am led to believe that ‘Man In A Hat’ of Ian Brown’s All Things Stockport County may be undertaking a day long public house exploration of this Lancastrian town.
