Trust Appoint Chairman And MD

The vacant roles of Chairman and Managing Director have been filled by Norman Beverley and Keith Agar.

Norman was in the role of acting-chairman, but the move has been made to permanently appoint him as announced in a press conference at Edgeley Park yesterday afternoon.

Norman was previously the chairman of the Hatters Independent Supporters Club, and that was where he and other key members of HISC first decided to start up the trust – which Norman was duly made chairman of also.

Keith Agar has been appointed Managing Director of Stockport County. Agar was brought in as a consultant, but has now got a permanent role at the club.

Agar has previously worked with Middlesbrough, Bradford City, Darlington and Doncaster Rovers.
