Appeal for Volunteers!

County are on the up, and I am sure that you are as thrilled and delighted with this situation as the Stockport County Supporters Cooperative is.

The turnaround has been a the result of a solid team effort on and off the field of play, with a genuine willingness to work together kicking in, to the ultimate best interest of our wonderful Football Club!

We are in the real world however, and in it jobs need to be done , just to keep us where we currently are.

After discussions with the Club therefore, the Supporters Cooperative have decided to try to assist in a couple of areas.

The Club urgently need to put together a team of volunteers who would be responsible for Cleaning the Ground after each home game( Sunday after Saturday game/ Wednesday after Tuesday).

This team would……

Clean the ground following a home match
Do a full sweep of the terraces and concourses
Bag and collect litter, where necessary
Report breakages and repair needs, where necessary

Typically a team of around 10-12 volunteers would be needed

The Club also needs the services of a Qualified Electrician to sort the following issues…..


Extend the old study centre (2 offices) by 2 metres
2 x 63amp 3 phase boards feeding both offices (little crossover)
Fit trunking onto side of the supply distribution board and slot out to fit
Cut-off existing 2-wire armoured supply cables and re-route to new and feed meters
Supply NICEIC certification
