County Fixture Changes

A friendly against Mossley and a re-arranged Skrill North game mean the fiesta of football goes on!

OK, I know that sarcasm is not particularly attractive. Drop the ‘fiesta of football’ and replace with ‘continuing struggle’.

County have lined up a friendly tomorrow (Tuesday December 3rd) at Mossley for a 7:45 kickoff.

Mossley ply their trade in the Evostik League Northern Premier – First Division North. This is two levels below County’s current status.

Apparently it is only £3 for adults a quid for concessions and under 16s get in free. And most of the first team squad will get a run out.

Sticking OL5 0ES in your sat nav will get you to Seel Park for this one.

If you can get there early you could enjoy some pub fare – a Google Maps walk down the street near the station reveals three pubs at first glance.

The Best O’ Brass must be a unique pub name surely.

Anyway, back on topic – we have a second fixture change.

Due to other sides cup involvement County will play Brackley Town (from Northamptonshire) in a Skrill North bread and butter game on
on Saturday 14th December, 3pm at Edgeley Park.

So an extra chance to push on up the table before Christmas!

What more could you want.

Based on £3 Admission we have only 2 years to go before ST will only cost £50 for each paying Adult. Some one out there please do the right thing and pump some ready cash to kick start Our Once Great Football Club.
