A third string County line up grabbed a 4-4 draw with Kendal Town last night at at the Planet Stadium.

But Kendal hit back when Gareth Arnison headed into the back of the net to equalise. 1-1.

Liam Dickinson then scored a spectacular overhead kick after half an hour after another Tommy Rowe assist, 2-1 to County.

Then Greg Tansey bettered Dickinson with a spectacular thirty-yard effort that left the Kendal keeper with no chance.

But straight after half time Kendal turned the game right around with three goals.

Peter Wright, John Forbes and then Craig Hobson scored the three goals that saw Kendal come from 3-1 down to 4-3 up.

Been hearing good things about young Chris Coward. Anyone know much about this lad? One for next season?

Our defence needs to tighten up a bit but then again we haven’t been playing our first team in every match
