An ‘official pitch inspection is planned for tomorrow morning at around 11am at Edgeley Park ahead of our FA Cup 2nd round tie with Torquay.
Let’s hope this time, after one postponement of this tie already and then a postponement of the tie against Swindon, that this is actually ‘official’ rather than two p*ssed-up blokes hauled in off Castle Street to see what they think.
I can’t help but think that if the match IS postponed tomorrow, there may be some sort of backlash…
In fact, who am I kidding? So far the County support have sat back and hoped ‘not to offend anyone’ while we’ve crumbled, why should tomorrow be any different?
Ah well.

Complete and utter shambles of a club at the moment APG. Match OFF again, we may have to find another venue for the FA Cup game. Losing money hand over fist. Last real assets to be sold in Jan. Prospective new owners with little cash who may walk away now. Liquidation is a possibility at the end of the season…. AFC County anyone?
