Pure County on the web

Not that I listen to anything other then Saga of course but if anyone is interested, you can now listen to Pure 107.8FM on the web.

Pure 107.8FM is the local radio station for Stockport that most Stopfordians can receive although here in Reddish I can only get a crackle.

Anyway, just go to www.pureradio.org.uk and click on the play button on the home page.

It means you’ll be able to hear the Friday night Pure Sport show from 7-8pm which always includes all the County news, interviews and build up.

If you don’t travel to the game you’ll also be able to hear Pure County on a Saturday from 2-3pm and from 5-6pm, so you get all the build up and Jim’s post match interview.

(Pure have to turn the stream off while we broadcast commentary as the exclusive rights to this are held by County World.)

Pure would like to keep you all up to date on the transmitter move – for anyone who doesn’t know, they need to move their transmitter to a higher site as that will improve the signal and coverage across the whole borough.

A nice improvement from Pure is this, I guess some of our far flung friends will benefit greatly.
