County come top of the league!

Stockport County FC have recieved the fair play award for the season of 2011-2012. This comes after the side only picking up County players picked up 47 yellows and two reds during the season just 14 yellows and one red came since the turn of the year.

County previously won the Bobby Moore Fair Play award for the season of 2008-2009 where the club had the best disciplinary record throughout English Football.

The Hatters are now top dogs!

    Besides our improved form afterJimbo arrived we obviously had a tighter ship regarding discipline, well done all.

    Tell me do Blue Square have an award for the best supported club in the league ’cause I’m sure that if we didn’t win it we’d be amongst the top three.

    Not surprised at all. Jim Gannons style of football lends itself to attracting the free kicks rather than giving them away. A good thing so long as we dont pick up injuries in the process
