County Give Trial To Steve Capper

Steve Capper is currently on trial at Stockport County from Durham City.

Steve is a full back for Durham, who play in the Arngrove Northern League Division 1 and they currently are top of the league by seven points.

Capper started his career at Sunderland before being released and moving onto Scarborough United. He made 18 appearances there in the Nationwide Conference back in 2003/2004.

He represented the Republic of Ireland at Under 21 level and Durham manager Lee Collins thinks that Capper could play at a higher level.
