Stockport County have released their squad numbers today, with number 12 going to feature on the back of the League Two programme`s as the blue & white army.

County fans held cards up against Carlisle United that made a number 12, as County fans are the 12th man with their fantastic support win, lose or draw.

Tony Dinning has been handed the number four shirt along with the captains armband on his return to Edgeley Park, whilst new signing Michael Rose has taken the number three shirt from Mark Robinson with Robinson moving to number eleven.

Liam Dickinson has been handed the number ten shirt, the one worn by Jermaine Easter last season, suggesting that he could play in a starting role at the beginning of the season.

Michael Malcolm has been handed the number 19 shirt quite strangely, because he has featured in a starting role in the two friendlies against Scunthorpe United, Woodley Sports and Leicester City so far. Supposing that he is going to feature this season, maybe Malcolm has been given the number 19 shirt because he requested it.
