Exeter City have tonight confirmed the death of striker Adam Stansfield after his 5-month battle with cancer.
Stansfield was diagnosed with bowel cancer in April of this year and the Grecians have confirmed his passing ‘with deep regret’ this evening.
We at Vital Stockport and everybody at County express our sadness at Stansfield’s passing and would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of Adam.
