BBC Late Kick-Off are broadcasting an interview tonight with one of the joint-administrator’s of County, and you can watch that interview now in two parts.

Paul Reeves of Leonard Curtis answered questions posed to him about County’s situation and gave a little bit more information on the crisis.

Basically, a bid is expected to be handed in to Leonard Curtis by a consortium involving Dave Schofield and Sean Connelly pretty soon, while Reeves did not sound too confident on the Melrose deal being forced through.

After watching it myself, I’m feeling slightly happier in the knowledge that Schofield and Connelly are preparing a sound and concrete business plan for the club, and the fact that Melrose no longer has exclusivity on the deal.

There is still that doubt though, as Reeves says, ‘closure of SCFC could be just weeks away.’
